I had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s set in a quiet area of the Baile Herculane resort with beautiful views, and my room had a balcony which was a nice touch. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, which made my experience even better. On the downside, the dining options could use some improvement, and I found the price a bit high for some of the services, but overall, it was a decent value for money.
